In December we had an incredible couple of weeks with the specialist HR advisory team at Watershed, who delivered comprehensive face-to-face workshop training for our care home and central support teams.

The sessions were designed to empower our managers and wider team with the detailed and necessary skills for effective people leadership. Home Managers, Regional Managers, Home Deputy Managers and Home Administrators all left feeling more confident and with important additional skills to help them manage their teams even more effectively.

Gail Nelson, Regional Manager at Four Seasons Health Care Group, said: “The session was great! It was useful for us all as either a refresher or new learning and certainly increased confidence in the level of support homes will have moving forward with all things HR related.”

The sessions were in preparation for the launch of our new ‘People Portal’. The portal offers:
