What does a typical day look like for you?

Every day is different and this is the reason I love my job.

What excites you about your role?

I feel very proud to be a Regional Manager and working with the teams in the homes always excites and at times surprises me with their dedication and commitment.

What did you do prior to joining Four Seasons Health Care Group?

I have been with the Company for 18 years and prior to this I was the Sister in a Coronary Care Unit.

What makes you feel empowered working as a Regional Manager?

Being part of an organisation that really cares about the team and the residents.

How do you want to progress and grow?

I love the Company ethos when it comes to progression and the ‘grow our own’ concept, as this allows us to train and support the next generation of Managers within the Group.

Community engagement and involvement is essential in what we do. The care homes are part of the community and linking in with partners and the wider community gives support to local business.
