I’ve always been passionate about care, which is why I applied to be a Care Assistant at Four Seasons Health Care Group. Our entire team contributes to delivering a high standard of care, professionally and passionately.
The best thing is that I have good job satisfaction, the hours are flexible to fit in with my life and I enjoy meeting new people including residents, team members and relatives.
My career is extremely rewarding as I’m making a difference to the lives of our residents. It’s fantastic seeing the results of my hard work and I finish each day feeling satisfied as I know I have done my best to help.
It’s fantastic that we have highly skilled nurses who are always happy to share their knowledge and experiences with me. We also have a lovely atmosphere in the home.
The best thing is my work-life balance and the benefits offered to me. Job security and progression is also very important to me and it’s great that Four Seasons Health Care Group can provide this.
