Everyone employed by us is part of the Four Seasons family, no exceptions and complete inclusion. Our Flexibank team are paid directly and every Friday when they work, and holiday pay is even built into the hourly rate – so you do get paid for annual leave!

With over 100 homes across England and Scotland our Flexibank team find coming to work easy, convenient and local and you can access available shifts online weeks in advance – so you can plan work around your life from the comfort of your sofa 24/7. You can also do some last minute shifts when you suddenly find out you have a window to work.
