I work closely with Care Assistants, advising what key tasks they need to complete that day whilst providing them with support where needed. Another key area of my role involves supporting Nurses. 

I enjoy the satisfaction of helping others and caring for our residents.

Yes, I have received lots of training for my current role and I also did a NVQ Level 3!
