Training comes up almost all the time. Once in a while, the Learning & Development team call me to check if I'm okay and if I need any help. They've been so helpful throughout my time here.
Yes and my clinical skills are of a great standard because I receive regular training.
I really, really recommend people to come into the care home setting!
