The best thing about working here is the fast-paced environment and that no day is ever the same.

I enjoy speaking with people who are passionate about caring for others and making a difference to our resident’s lives every day.

I would describe the company’s culture as friendly and motivating.

A typical day includes responding to requests from Home Managers regarding vacancies, speaking with nurses to find the most suitable homes and roles for them and actively seeking new candidates and promoting our opportunities.

The thing that excites me the most in this role are the targets we get set as this gives you something to work towards and motivates you to work harder to achieve this.

Prior to working for Four Seasons Health Care Group, I was working overseas as a lead vocalist.  With the impact to this sector following the pandemic I had to review my career and I have always been interested in the recruitment sector and thought this was a great way to really help make a difference.

I feel a huge sense of pride working in my role, especially at the moment knowing I am a small part in helping keeping some of the most vulnerable people safe and happy.

There are lots of rewards and benefits working here for example we have a benefits programme and an app called Happy Hub which has discounts on things such as Tesco and the cinemas.
