The best thing about my role is making everybody smile and laugh! As a Magic Moments Coordinator I have built close bonds with residents and relatives who are very supportive and caring.

I progressed from a Care Assistant to the Magic Moments Coordinator. And I am now a part of the steering group, which means you create ideas before it goes out to further teams and which is really enjoyable!

There's development opportunities throughout the home and what I like about Four Seasons Health Care Group, is that there's a whole team approach to e-learning and training, so it brings us all together.

My favourite memory is sitting down with a coffee and having a natter with residents about their past memories and of course making new memories too!

Yes! I’ve had lots of relatives compliment me on the positive changes they’ve seen in their loved ones due to the activities and connections I built between our home and the community.

If you're a people person, it's definitely the job for you! It's such a friendly environment and you get to see new faces, meet new people and build bonds with the residents and loved ones.
