What do you enjoy about working for Four Seasons Health Care Group?

Our company leadership is nothing short of extraordinary – they really care about our Team and our Residents. The best thing about working here is that I am respected, trusted and recognised for my efforts. It’s a good feeling to be appreciated!

What do you enjoy about being a Nurse here?

That’s simple; making a difference to our TEAM and our RESIDENTS. They are the reason I get up every day!

How would you describe the culture?

  • Caring
  • Happy & Fun
  • Professional
  • Empowering
  • We make every single moment count!

What does a typical day look like for you?

I start my day en route to one of our care homes. I normally catch up with the Regional Manager on the way and we discuss the plan for the day ahead.

When I arrive at the home, I am welcomed in by the Home Manager and we normally chat about our plan for the day over a coffee. Then we get to work!

Each day is different.  I could be advising and supporting on matters of compliance or quality assurance, policy compliance or monitor the levels of customer satisfaction.

I will liaise with a variety of internal and external customers during the day too in person, over the phone and by Zoom Call. My problem solving skills are put to the test daily. This is my favourite part of my role!

I like to speak with every member of the team during my time in one of our care homes and do this over the entire day. I like to know that everyone is happy at work!

I make a point of visiting with our residents over a cuppa to check they are happy with the care and treatment we are providing.

What excites you about working for the company?

The people – colleagues and residents alike. They are my reason for getting up each day. Also the fact that we can help our residents to live their best lives. It makes me feel warm on the inside knowing I can make a difference to our residents and my colleagues.

What did you do prior to joining the company?

I was a Business Manager for another care provider. The recruitment team matched me to a perfect job and called me up to chat – I turned down another job because I instinctively knew that this was the Company and role for me!

Working as a Regional Support Manager – what makes you feel empowered?

Being trusted to make decisions.

How do you want to progress and grow?

I want to be the best at what I do. I want to continue to build my knowledge and develop as a person, a colleague a leader. There a so many options for progression. Logical choices for me would be in Regional Management or Quality & Compliance.

Why are you proud to work here?

I live and breathe for our residents and our team. I feel proud of my contribution to their lives and the constant striving for improvement. I am proud to work for a company that really does actually care and backs this up in deeds, not just words.

Tell us about the rewards and benefits?

We have good salaries – some jobs have bonus schemes attached to them. There is a pension scheme, an employee assistance scheme, we have the Happy Hub – with amazing deals & discounts, awards and the best training which is free!

Describe working here, in one word.

Together.

Why would someone want to work here?

Who wouldn’t want to work here! I love every day – it does not get any better than that!
