I love caring for other people and I have ever since I was young. As a teenager, I would babysit for all my neighbours’ children. I really love looking after people, no matter what age. I think it’s a fantastic career path.

The best thing about my role is being able to make a difference. I can deliver quality care and finish my day knowing I’ve helped someone and made them smile. If you are a caring person, this is the job for you!

I have worked for Four Seasons Health Care Group for just under 20 years. I started as a Care Assistant and then went on to become a Senior Care Assistant. I was given the opportunity to develop my skillset by becoming a CHAP.
