Firstly, a big round of applause to Nicola! 

Nicola has been recognised for her unwavering commitment to her team and residents. She demonstrates complete passion for driving and inspiring her team and supporting their professional development so they can reach their full potential. Under her leadership and enthusiasm, Campsie View Care Home has excelled in recent years.

Next, a huge well done to Moira! Throughout Moira’s career and varying roles, being a nurse has always been at the core of what she does. As well as having a genuine warmth, kindness and passion, she take any opportunity to continue her learning and to pass her knowledge on to her team.

Moira said: “This nomination has come as a complete surprise – I am honoured and humbled in equal measure. I truly enjoy my role and I am proud to be making a positive change within the care sector by using my knowledge, experience and skills to inspire and motivate the fantastic teams in our homes. It’s a privilege to work with such a forward-thinking company and be part of such a progressive and passionate Care Quality team.”

The prestigious Awards Ceremony will take place on Friday 17th November. We wish Nicola and Moira the best of luck!
