I have been registered with Flexibank for approximately nine years.

You only work in the Group’s homes and shifts are pre-booked.

Although I am a bank Nurse I feel accepted, valued and welcomed into all the care homes I am allocated to!

I worked as a Charge Nurse in the NHS and a Home Manager prior to working with Flexibank.

This is my main job.
