We are currently have permanent and fixed term opportunities for a Learning and Development Administrator.  To work as part of the Learning & Development team providing administrative support and data processing for the Group’s blended learning programmes and qualifications offering.

This is currently a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential view of becoming permanent.

Working within a busy L&D environment, focused on supporting team members from our care homes and support teams across the group, effectively responding to queries and administrative demands. This is a fast-paced role and involves data entry, admin, checking of information and problem solving, the position also requires you to have good IT skills and flexibility.

As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will:

  • Carry out the Administration of the Learning & Development inboxes, categorisation of responses needed and first response to eLearning queries both in email and by telephone.
  • Support learners with using the Learning Management System (LMS) as a first point of call
  • Answer enquiries, responding to support requests and administration of learning data via the LMS and other databases
  • Maintain and update spreadsheet and data records to ensure the learning and qualification progress is effectively tracked and reportable via the LMS and other digital platforms such as GoTo Webinar
  • Work as part of the wider learning and development team to support projects as required.

Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and able to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Problem solving skills, able to Investigate and identify issues and solutions
  • Good Data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
